The
MSYSA Friendlies is a series of competitive games for boy’s
and girl’s teams in the U11 and U12 age levels. Each
team plays three games over the course of a weekend against
teams of similar abilities. Scores are recorded, but not posted
publicly. All games are played in the 8 v 8 format.
The Friendlies provides statewide competition, tournament
experience, and additional learning opportunities without
the pressure of winning at all costs. Please note that participation
in the MSYSA Friendlies (not results) is the primary criteria
for teams looking to play in the State Cup as a U13 team.

Cost:
$350 per team
New for 2008:
Each team plays on only one weekend
Teams are placed into pools accordingly to ability
Teams may bring a maximum of 2 guest players (from within
the same club)
Voluntary soccer tennis and juggling competitions with
awards for the winners
All MSYSA Friendlies applications are due into the MSYSA
State Office no later than 4:30pm on August 15th. Click
