MSYSA Soccer Spotlight: U15 Michigan Wolves
Congratulations to the U15 Michigan Wolves for earning MSYSA Soccer Spotlight Team of the Month honors for August 2007! This award is bestowed upon the team shortly after their dominating win in the championship game at the US Youth Soccer National Championships. The team, who plays in the Midwest Regional League, are two-time defending MSYSA State Cup Champions, 2006 Midwest Region Champions, and now 2007 National Champions. Additionally, the team has top finishes at tournaments such as the CASL Shootout, Jefferson Cup, and Mead CUSA Cup. Despite their impressive resume, the team remains humble and is always eager to learn. Whether in victory or defeat, the boys always practice good sportsmanship – a trait which led to the receipt of the adidas Fair Play award at the National Championships. Congratulations again boys, and keep up the good work!
